Can't get my money back

He charged me anyway and I can't get my money back. I have called multiple times and went to the store to try to get a refund. They pass me around and give me different stories about why they can't help.

Have Norton subscription

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

Microsoft Defender Antivirus is an anti-malware component of Microsoft Windows that comes with its own free anti-spyware program for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows Alternatively, Norton is still the big-boy on the block when it comes to security and protective software. Webroot is the new kid in learning.

Security system is very functional

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received the software after purchase of a Geek Squad plan, installed and within one day I had a virus warning generated from my other antivirus/security protection that was previously installed. I scanned my laptop with this software and it didn't locate any problems when my other protection did. I uninstalled it shortly afterwards.
