Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

Main reason for the uninstall was the high number of false positives: for instance, it flagged everything I downloaded from a very popular and reputable gaming site. Went back to what I had.

However it requires paying a yearly subscription. I rather use an Antivirus that's free. If I have to pay a lot of money for something like Webroot please sell me a basic software that doesn't require any renewals for a subscription.

POOR QUALITY!

THE DAY THAT I PURCHASED IT FROM BEST BUY IN STORE, I WAS TOLD THAT IT'LL BE DELIVERED BY BEST BUY & NOT A 3RD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANY, WHICH IT TURNED OUT THAT'S WHO DELIVERED IT. I ASKED THE DELIVERY GUY'S NOT TO BRING IT IN IF THE GAS LINE ISN'T LONG ENOUGH, BUT THEY BROUGHT IT IN ANYWAY; THAT'S WHEN I SAW THE BACK OF THE DRYER COMPLETELY DAMAGED. I WENT BACK 2 BEST BUY STORE 2 THE VENTED SYSTEM/GAS LINE/SET UP RETURN PICK UP & REFUND WITH THE MANAGER (SINCE APPLIANCE MANAGER WAS ON VACATION AT THAT TIME.)! THE SOONEST IT COULD BE PICKED UP WAS WEDNESDAY (3/24/2021) BETWEEN 12:00-8:00 PM, BUT IT END UP BEING PICKED UP EARLY ON THAT DAY AROUND 11:05 AM INSTEAD.
