Think this was a scam but unable to discuss it with Geek Squad. Would appreciate some feedback on matter. Other than this my experience with Geek Squad and purchases are satisfactory.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and then have them tell me it had to be taken in to back up and reinstall programs to then waiting for another 3 days for an appointment to take my computer in and waiting another 3 days for it to be fixed only to get it back with the same problem. The tech came back out only to tell me they didn’t do anything he requested and to take it back again. This time they were going to “expedite” the work. It has been there 8 days and no one picks up the phone or let’s me know anything. They need to rename Total Tech Support to Once in a while we’ll get it right.
