Still getting viruses

Bugged by multiple requests to upgrade.

This started on day 1 of the free trial period. Uninstalled it and installed Norton.

Webroot missing in action

I tried several times before I tried on line support and several Tech guys tried unsuccessfully over several hours to install to no avail. I tried the Subscription Digital Download site also several times but the download access listed each time " Your Digital Library is empty ". In further frustration I was to have a tech person come to my home in a few days...... but I cancelled because this is just not acceptable. I wish I had never purchased this at all.

The problem is you have to sign into Webroot and go through Webroot for it to work it should just protect your whole computer no matter what browser you use!

This product doesn’t secure your computer

I left my new computer in my car in the parking space, and hackers live my upstairs installed VPN from the 3rd floor into this new computer and installed DRP and tons of data and programs. I didn’t know the new computer had been hacked so I created new iCloud account and password, made backup and 62GB data was stolen by those hackers. I have reset the computer to the factory level twice but those hackers came right back. This product doesn’t secure anything
