I didn't realize I had this until I got home and reviewed my receipt. I was fine with it because I thought it would work like McAfee, but, it doesn't. Like it'll notify you of an excess amount of cache files, useless files, or a security danger, but doesn't have any actionable tasks within the program, so basically you're notified of a nuisance but can't do anything about it through the program.

If it do what they say it do this will be great but I did not get a chance to use this because I have a MacBook Pro. I have McAfee on my other computers so wWebroot was not used.

I bought this and my computer doesn't use this it already had one built in.... I guess i waste my $20.00 dollars on this.

Should not have gotten this, it is a waste of money. Wasn’t needed at all. I wish I had not gotten it at all.

The effort to make this simple, did not succeed for anyone over 60. My lack of computer knowledge is holding me back probably. I might recommend this if I knew how it worked, FIRST. (see below)

i rated this 2 stars because i really did not need this. my new computer and my internet provider provides me with antivirus. all i had to do is download it. so for me this was a waste of money.

Not worth the money, use free ALSO they auto renew subscription without your consent!

I actually did not purchase this It was forced on me a few years ago when I bought my previous HP laptop. Because I had purchased a previously opened laptop and the person who had bought and returned this had webroot installed I had to take it. I had been trying to remove it from the first day. I even had Geek squad try to remove it but it is locked into the bios. It eventually burned out my entire computer. I have rejected the payment for this for 5 years now.

Apple Mac users do not need this as the OS allready comes with many of these features. And other security products work better with Mac OS.

Do not buy products like this. It was provided to me for free. They are a waste of money

Web root is not the best software protection program compared to Trend Micro for my iPhone. I am not at all happy and wished that bestbuy stayed with Trend Mico.

I’m sure this product is most like a good investment but no one explained to me what it did and it’s main purpose and how it works or if I have to download or renew it.

Was great the first year. Once I renewed.. my laptop couldn't download it again and acted like it was filled with a virus even though the system said there wasn't anything wrong with it.

I was disappointed that this warranty didn’t last longer , so I thought it was a 6 month warranty but apparently it only lasted two months

This will not function on a Mac and the geek squad can’t fix it so after two years we are having it removed

I give Webroot Secure Anywhere a ZERO rating. I hate Webroot. I think it is a virus rather than an antivirus. Once you install it, you cannot completely uninstall it. I had to take my laptop back to the Geek Squad to uninstall it, because it would not let me. There are several customer reviews that say the same thing, that it will not let them completely uninstall it. I am holding my breath that it is now gone. We will see.

I already have a lifetime subscription and could not reject it. This was forced on me. I like the product, just the fact it was not an option because I already have the product.

I do not like the fact that this is an auto-renewal, I never wanted this in the first place. I want to go back and have it removed.

Don't install this on Mac. Interferes with many functions. I hated it. Needed to get it uninstalled by Geek Squad.

not sure of wether this is worth it, or what it does. It came with Geek Squad, which isn't too impressive either.
