I have Webroot Internet Security and got a phone call from someone who hacked into Best Buy's website and got my account information. He called saying he was with Best Buy and was asking for my financial information. He knew what I purchased from Best Buy in the past. Obviously this Webroot internet security is worthless. Do not use it!

My account says I paid for this product and its on my computer along with this product being added on someone elses computer. I never seen this product and dont know who has it in the bestbuy store. I will report this to the Attorney Generals Office. I would not recommend the bestbuy at Reynoldsburg.

I prefer to use Bit Defender products. Have had great luck using IOLO PRODUCTS. This product is rated highly in various PC magazines

I don’t use antivirus as windows defender is the best, also I use a Mac now so I don’t know.

No stars. I can’t even get into the app. I was given a Key Code with the product but when I’m asked for the Security Code characters while trying to sign in it rejects the characters I type in. The code it asks for is 2 random characters from the 20 character code I wrote down when I installed Webroot.

Before you put your faith in any malware virus protection product make sure to research it. This webroot is bottom tier, The claim is NASA uses it for a layer to secure their documents, files, confidentials, etc.... completely untrue. Take if it’s free but do not purchase it

My desktop had a virus last month. I went to Best Buy and paid $200 for Geek Squad. This antivirus was included in the package, but this product it’s not good and safe. My computer crashed all the time, very slow and now I’ve got the same issue with my computer...another virus. I scheduled another appointment at Best Buy in order to resolve this matter with my desktop.

We have had it installed for over a month now and have had no issues with the software.

A real pain in the butt to work with on Mac products. There are many better products out there!

I only got this because I had to pick between this and a comparable product to tack onto the Total Tech membership... The Total Tech is totally worth every penny, but I didn’t need or want this software that came with it... To be fair, I haven’t tried it so it could be really good— but I don’t feel that it’s necessary so I’m not going to use it.

I already had this item installed and it really didn't stop much. Even the geek squad employees told me not to expect much.

Not impressed at all. It glitches with Apple products (straight from Webroot Cust Serv), constantly runs regardless of settings and slows Mac down tremendously. Only purchased bc recommended by salesperson when I purchased first Apple product EVER, MacBook Air. Okay on iPhone but most sites I need secure aren’t compatible with it anyway.

I can't install the WEBROOT Secure software, I've been on line several times asking for chat with Tech Support, I've waited in excess of 20 - 30 minutes each time and the they disconnect and tell me to try again later, not much support for an Elite member in my opinion. I went through the directions for install but when I hit the download age nothing comes up

CAN NOT DROP AUTO RENEWAL, PRODUCT OVER PRICED, HARD TO GET HELP

Bugs you to buy it after the trial ends... cmon- do something about this.

Have had multiple virus attacks since purchasing Webroot. I am not sure it is secure.

don't really use this but it came with what i bought not very sure about this software.

This is the only thing I didn't like about Geek Squad support. They shouldn't have changed my antivirus software without my permission. I have Norton-Lifelock and no other security software interfaces with this package. I am please that after several attempts, the techs were able to remove Webroot and I could reinstall Norton.

Not very pleased, it made my computer take screenshots over and over, intrusive

Don't waste your time or money just go to Norton and get compete protection.
