Guys please make sure you scan your receipt more cautiosly while buying electronics from best buy

No matter what I do when it gets uploaded to my computer it basically crashes it.... runs STUPID SLOW! And there's no way to cancel it online???? Seriously Best Buy this Webroot sucks!

It keeps asking me to give specific characters from the security key and the one I received from Best Buy does not work. That last thing I need is to add work to my day because they cant get the key to match. If I pay all this money I expect something as simple as a product registration to be simple and work!

What a nightmare. It took several calls to geek squad, my bank, my internet service provider to make sure that someone didn't hack into my things. Scary and upsetting.

Screwed Up My Brand New Laptop

But then Webroot install goes into an endless loop. AS a result, it kills your computer, uses all the CPU power, and leaves the computer without virus protection. Worst software ever.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

There are free programs out there definitely, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. We are confident that you will see such value in this solution and the security and peace of mind that it provides that you won’t think twice about the cost. Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!
