I threw it out!

I was FORCED to buy this, when I already have a subscription for all my devices, with another company. AND - they signed me up for automatic paid renewal. I cannot get out of this unless i install it, cancel, uninstall. Talk about BLOAT!!!!!

Apparently it was snuck by me when I bought my car stereo system. I didn't need virus protection, since I already have it. It actually will make me not subscribe to total tech again next year I didn't ask for this and will never use it...

Or think of it another way, it costs less than a cup of coffee or tea each day to keep your computer safe and you are still able to use it while surfing online!

Incompatible with a Mac and completely useless. It is recommended to not install on a Mac. Shame on me for trusting that you would have my back vs getting the money.

Posted .If I may start by mentioning our WIN Cloud http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php as all the work is done on there and not your PC also WSA only uses 3 to 6MB of RAM and up to 6 MB's on the Hard Drive for the Client and this is the future, it's here now! How can the other conventional AV's keep up with almost 500,000 new Malware everyday and over 142 million Malware in 2014 alone? Furthermore, Webroot has free Support as long as you have a subscription. Where as most other AV's don't have this!

Best Buy has always told me I need this. Don't know why they never tried to sell me a firewall.

Webroot Interference with Chrome

Once I got new internet security software Chrome worked fine. I saw in my Google search that this is a common problem and, so far, Webroot has not been able to resolve it.

The instructions provided are not accurate as they state to enter product key in the next page but the link does not have the appropriate place to enter the key.

Paid for one year contract for service which included this as yet another Antivirus software which Best Buy said I should only use one.

Nothing but freezing-up problems. Took back and Geeksquad look at it. They would have to wipe the entire computer (2 days) and instead exchanged the computer.
