I have used many internet security products in the past. Webroot Secure Anywhere, fully supported by the Geek Squad seems to provide everything I need to protect ALL my devices (laptop, cell phone, tablet). It runs in the background, but does not seem to impact system performance at all. The system scan is very fast, yet covers all essential issues. So far, I am quite pleased with the product and its support.

My security has been great, no viruses at all have penetrated this internet security system yet.

I've burned through two of the larger names in virus protection - Kaspersky and Norton. Norton had way too much overhead, and at least once the update crashed and left my computer unprotected. Switched to Kaspersky, which not only crashed and left me unprotected, but gave me no indication it was not working until I got hacked. Took 3 days to recover from being hacked. BestBuy recommended Webroot. So far, so good, and not a resource hog.

I have used this program for a number of PC's and find it to be very good and easy to installl.

I caught the I LOVE YOU virus about 15 years ago, you remember that one, it was by far the worst virus I can ever recall. I used other anti virus (I won't name) MCAFEE for one, and they could NOT REMOVE THE VIRUS OFF MY COMPUTER, that was 15 YEARS AGO. I purchased WEBROOT from the suggestion of a friend, without fail they helped get the virus off my computer and NEVER again did I have any problems. I've been with WEBROOT 15 years.

Very good and protective for the laptops and prompt easy to navigate

This is one of the better antivirus software programs of the last 10 years. Norton, McAfee, and Avast have been trash for the past 15 years and hardly protect your computer, and eat up lots of power and just bloat up the computer. This doesn't take up a lot of space or power and it protects from most viruses and dangerous sites, and it isn't as intrusive.
