This was a benefit I received with my subscription to TotalTech Support. I was already using this product, so was aware of it and glad to have it. Only problem I had was the old subscription kept telling me it had expired and I should renew, when this one was working. Best Buy Geek Squad helped stop the notices.

I've been using this product for many years, since I purchased my previous laptop from Best Buy. It was a "no brainer" to purchase it for my new laptop. Over the years, I've never had a security or virus issue. The Webroot dashboard is easy to understand. I like being able to install it on several of my devices using the same account.

Webroot is a good security program. Glad i have it. Makes me feel a little more secure.

I like the security of knowing my computer is being safe of viruses and the auto renewal.

So far no problems. I combine it with MalwareBytes and these are fully protective - I think.

Had some repairs done on my computer by the geek squad and the webroot internet security + antivirus was put on as part of the service. Wow what a service a antivirus and internet security that’s valid for a whole year/12 months as part of the geek squad service. It’s a powerful software that’s really smooth and easy removing viruses,malware and threats to keep my computer running safe and sound.

This is well worth the money. It comes included with your Total Tech Security with Best Buy Total Support. We have wonderful service when ever we need it. It cost us nothing after you buy a 1 year service contract if something goes wrong with your computer and you take it in. Only 50 if they come to your house.

Webroot uses a different method of finding malware and viruses, which makes it better than its competitors. In addition, Webroot treats you like an adult rather than an idiot. Webroot does not waste your time by sending emails about impending chaos which can only be avoided by upgrading or renewing into the next century. When you need help, or have a question, Webroot customer service is friendly and helpful.

I never know what viruses I might get when I travel. Webroot gives me peace of mind.
