Customer Service responsive and available. Just becareful...if you are already a user and buy BB Technical Support expect a nightmare with your subscription.

Great product to help keep your personal computer safe from the threats of being online

First time user of Webroot and it came free one year with new desktop. Always used MacAfee but this seems to be doing a good job so far. It may catch more than other antivirus did. I’m hoping so anyway.

I have had other internet security and they have all had those annoying extra features that you cant turn off. I was looking for something simple and straight to the point. Webroot is straight and to the point. I like it a lot.

I purchased the above item for my college grandson to safe guard his computer against viruses and internet protections.so far., we are very well satisfied with the performance of the software. I have used the software for many years on my work computer and have had no issues…. While many security programs are available, the Webroot security software is superior and user friendly. I've used it exclusively for the last five years and renew it whenever I acquire a new internet access device. It has detected dozens of attempts by malicious criminals who are attempting to gain unauthorized access to my computers and stopped them cold. Best protection I've had since first using computers for the federal government in 1990.
