Better than the free ones. No issues. Gives me peace of mind

I did not get a virus while using this product so i would say it is good. Definitely better then Norton. I have got viruses using norton but not webroot. When i first started to use it i was. Not too sure, but it was actually easy. Im not tech savy so needless to say anyone can use it.

The webroot works great! It didn’t crash my old Toshiba satellite laptop when they installed it. I had a bad experience with an antivirus which I won’t mention the name, it crashed a 4 years old Sony laptop that I owned 12 years ago. I feel that it protects my computer & it’s scanning abilities are fast.

The product was provided as a addition to the Total Tech program. I was a little skeptical at first having used Norton since it's inception without ever having any issues. So far Web Root has provided the same level of protection without slowing down the operation of the computers that we installed it on to. 2 total machines. Time will tell but for now all is good.

So far the virus protection has done its job without causing slowness with running programs.

Best suggested security to put on my laptop. I had the Geek Squad install it.

This worked well. It was easy to install and I haven't got a virus yet.

I purchased this product when I purchased a computer from Best Buy years ago. Never had a virus problem through several years of renewals. A security suite was included in my TV cable package so I didn't renew. When I ditched the cable and purchased a new computer with Geek-age, Webroot was included in the price. Looking forward to the coverage again.

Easy to install and runs great! I've never had any issues with it

Has given me peace of mind, removes constant worry about is my computr going to crash. Aleviates that worry, which I no longer have that worry in the back of my mind, Helps me to relax because it is on the job!

But we have PC in the house. Nice to have back up if we need it.......................................................................................

So glad they are there because I am a novice and anything that needs fixing like a major problem I would really bung up the works and they fix it for me and I breath better.

Webroot is a great for scanning for viruses. However, I do recommend buying it from a place like best buy. The problem with getting it from the manufacturer is their customer service. It's terrible. But Best Buy is great. They will install it and keep your files up to date. If there is a problem, just ask the Geek Squad.

These guys did a great job transferring everything from my desktop to new laptop and explaining everything. Very patient answering all of my questions.

Webroot is great virus protection and doesn’t slow down your computer

This has been the most friendly and speedy service I have ever recieved for my Laptop. I will continue to use the Geek Squad for all my electronics.

I have used Webroot for a long time and I obviously love the ease of the program. I'm not much on working apps these days, the tech has defiantly gone on and I am just getting older. But with the Webroot system I feel secure.

This is my fourth year using Webroot Secure Anywhere, and have to say it's a great program. It's easy to use, keeps my computer and data protected and also allows me to analyze and optimize my computer when needed. Does much more than any of the other security software programs that I've used in the past. Very happy!
