SO FAR NO ISSUES WITH WEBROOT. HAVE HAD NO FEED BACK.

Having security on my device is priceless, I firmly believe in protecting my investments so having the best security is key! I really appreciate the Best Buy Geek Squad making sure I had all the necessary things applied to my new MacBook for my protection!!

I replaced 2 desk top computers with a new laptop and had the data transferred from the old to the new. The Geek Squad loaded all my new software and performed the data transfer in a day. They also performed an external hard drive backup. I have all my photos, documents, and data secure and accessible.

So far it is good. I would have to give it more time.

Needed a strong anti-virus software to protect my laptop. The Geek Squad at Best Buy recommended Webroot Secure Anywhere and it’s been successfully protecting my laptop since it was installed. I strongly recommend this product.

Yes, we still listen to CD’s as we are a bit older and although we try to advance with technology, our CD collection is vast and we do not want to lose touch with it. We so regret we got rid of all our vinyl. Our CD player was not worth fixing and we are very satisfied with this aquestion.

My old computer was operating with some very old security software and I did not have a warm feeling about it's efficacy. This software seem to be very fast in it's reviews, clear in letting me know what it's doing and, hopefully, every bit as good as it appears to be at this point.

This is my first experience with Webroot and so far I can tell it's working. Gives me alerts when appropriate and let's me scan emails I think are suspicious on the fly. Meets my expectations of a quality anti-virus program. Still a lot to learn about all the other protection features

Like this product because it does not seem to slow down and run you through a bunch junk when working on PC like the last security/antivirus program. Gives the results of scans on a popup, then it's done. Used this product for a few years on other computers, such an improvement.

Getting webroot was the smartest thing we have done. We have it on both our computers and it gives us a sense of peace knowing that the systems is monitor for any virus or someone trying to hack in. The coverage is well worth the money and better than any others we have had befor.

I was the target of an internet security scam but luckily my credit card company would not approve the payment as the company was tagged. I was told to take my computer to a reputable company like Best Buy. The Geek Squad took great care of me and I now feel secure.

Your choice of products (TV's, Software & computers) along with constant competitive prices are a constant reason for my return to Best Buy. The service provided along with customer assistance is professional. The place to shop for personal computers as well as to shop for gifts.

Geek squad installed this after bringing in my work computer for total system failure due to virus installed from a supposed secure site. NOT!!! Anyway this tells me when a site no matter how professional is dangerous.

The software was easy to install. Works great so far.

We purchased Webroot Security and Virus software package in Oct. 2020. It sweeps our computer data system automatically and records any viruses. It has segregated 3 viruses on our computer since we bought it. Glad we have it.

This is a very good ANTIT VIRUS Program. It works with auto scan , and always with user options to scan any time. I use the Utility System Analyzer a lot. Very good. Never had any issues with it

This program was installed on my PC after I was scammed and my bank account compromised. I have had it for over a month and experienced no issues with malicious viruses. Computer is working very well. Very satisfied with product.

Good software to have for web security and anti-virus for the price, boots up quickly, does not eat up a ton of RAM. Main complaint is web pages sometimes load slowly or stop loading due to vague "security issues." Would recommend however for someone looking for a reliable anti-virus and security software.

I was having a problems with popups on my new home computer and wanted an antivirus program to prevent/protect my system. The Webroot program was quick and easy to install and it does not seem to slow down my computer as my previous antivirus program did. To date, after 3 months, I have not had any malware problems.

Have used Webroot security software for 20+ years.It is easy to use, and works seamlessly in the background to protect our three computers. in more than 30 years I've tried all of the security software apps out there: Webroot is still the best.
