The security is great and the updates are frequent. If there is a security problem Webroot fixes it or tell you in plain language how to do it.

At first, I wasn't going to get Webroot on my new computer since I could get Norton through my Internet provider. However, I'm glad I changed my mind! Webroot is far less intrusive than Norton. It runs behind the scenes like it should.

I went in to Best Buy to get a replacement audio wire for my sound bar. The salesperson recommended the more expensive one because the sound quality was better. I bought it, came home and hooked it up and the sound quality is great.

Don't know much about how this product does what it does, but I don't have to... All I know is that it DOES work, behind the scenes, so I can use my product without interference... I don't even worry about it, it just works...

Only had my computer two weeks and had to use the Greek squad twice for two different reasons. I was lucky to get Bobby both times, he is a really great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Was able to solve my problems right away.

So far I this has been an excellent antivirus and internet security program. I've used several different programs from different companies that would interrupt for various reasons. This runs completely in the background and just does its job

Great security and antivirus product. Checks everything automatically and very quickly. Allows for quick fixes. Lets you know if anything has possibly been hacked or compromised. Fixes small stuff on its own.

The product is only available under this plan and the service performed was the best we could expect. Otherwise our computer would have been unusable and we would have had to completely wipe the drive and reinstall all on our own time and expense.

This Webroot security save me a lot of headaches, it did not take very long to have the geek squad save my information that hackers were trying to jump on my personal computer at my office?

This was installed on my computer I had repaired as part of the Geek Squad maintenance contract. Computer working great. Wish Best Buy would answer their phones in the store.

Thrilled with the Webroot bonus protection plan that came with my membership package :) a little difficult for me to configure be I'm not the most tech savvy but feel secure and protected not that it's installed correctly :)

I feel safe with this security. I like the fact that it is included in my membership for total tech support with Best Buy. I like how things can be combined for one single price.

Buying this is better than insurance. Anything goes wrong with any electronics I buy (even if I didn't get them from Best Buy) they will fix it for free depending on what's wrong with it. If I do have to pay any money it's not that much!

I like how this works in the background and is not too "in your face." I had Norton before, and this I like much better. I also like that Geek Squad uses it. If you don't have Geek Squad total support then I recommend getting it.

I depend on this to protect my devices and trust Best Buy and the Geek Squad to provide the best possible product and services. I have had zero problems since using this software and I recommend it to anyone who will listen!

Basically, bought it because I had only two choices with the Geek Squad Protection Plan, and I felt is was the better of the two. I dont like anything that auto-renews, and my first choice would have been PC Matic.

Glad I have the Webroot Internet Security + Antivirus for TTS. Now I know I am well-protected. This program offers so many other services such as the Geek Squad Tech support and discounts on so many other purchases and services

Purchased a new HP computer recently and wanted the best protection for it thus choosing Webroot as a reliable source that I have been using for several years. It will alert you if any issues are presenting a potential problem.

so glad I got this with my computer it has helped me feel at ease. they walk you through the hole thing to get it set up or in this case they came out to the house and set it all up for me!
