I’ve used this before and will continue to use it. I know it’s protecting my laptop all the time in the background. If I have any doubt, I can always run additional utilities to fine tune the file system. It’s great peace of mind.

I quit using this devise when i bought a new laptop, am i still being charged to use it & if so, how can i stop being charged, because i'm not using it for a year now?

We have had Webroot on our laptop and iMac for several years and it has immediately identified, quarantined and removed any trash it intercepts. We like the quickness of response time and the bulletproof performance.

Put this on my computer and it has detected many problems that I didn't realize my compter had. After installing this my computer ha been cleaned up and appears to be working more effectively after fixing the problems.

The service I received at Best Buy was great and the product was very helpful in setting up our service I plan to only purchase electronic products for my home and family from Best Buy

I purchased this after the computer my grandson uses was compromised with malware (he plays a lot of games with friends). Webroot was installed on 4 computers and I feel much safer now that my information, etc. is safe and secure.

I had this on my MacBook Air and it was able to find issues that came up with malware they didn’t think they could come into an Apple computer I was totally amazed how it helped my laptop safe it was great software.

So if you’re going purchase a computer you MUST purchase this!! It is so nice to know if anything goes wrong with anything software all you need to do is take it in & the repair is FREE. But it & you’ll never regret it!

I was a bit skeptical at the time I bought it but when I started using it I was happy that I brought it it has much benefits and save me money and I I should need help with the software problem they will give me assistance.

Had to have a laptop worked on so they upsold me on a total protection pkg for all my electronics for a year. This product was included in the pkg. Don't know that it's any better than the free product I've been using for years.

I have this program set to auto sweep on my computer. It helps keep things clean and when it detects a "treat," it is easy to remove it. Idiot proof for someone that is not tech savvy or patient when it comes to tech issues.

In the past, I have always used Norton's software; however, since having my old pc serviced by the Geek Squad and becoming a Service Plan Member, the FREE antivirus software appears to be operating as smoothly and effortlessly as Norton's. So far, it is working great!

This antivirus saved my my computer from a mischievous hacker and all of my important information is on my computer. This could of been a disaster, but thanks to Webroot it was no big deal.

It has helped so far although I was trying to download a program. And it wouldn't let me so I guess it was picking up some things. I new program was ok but I couldn't override it. Otherwise it is good and alerts me if something is wrong

I am totally satisfied with the protection program. I have used it for years and the results have been great. I have had no viruses and I get regular reports. Total satisfaction.

So much better, and easier to use than Norton, AVG or Avast. I haven't had an issues with my laptop since installing. And it's not a resource hog like Norton, AVG and Avast. Definitely worth the purchase.

It’s nice to see how often the web root protection plan scans my computer. It found issues that the Geek Squad immediately took action to correct and make my computer safe and bug free.

The Geeks at Best Buy loaded this on my new computer. It has been working in the background for months with no input needed from me. I can start a new scan at any time if I suspect a contamination. So far I have been clean, clean, clean.

I had this installed on my MacBook after I had an issue not being able to connect to the internet. It detected 6 threats that I was not aware were on my laptop. After deleting those threats, my MacBook is running great.

I have bought the Webroot internet security with antivirus before with my other purchases from Best Buy. It is a wonderful item to have for the computer. Very good protection.
