Was recommended by Geek Squad. I have had no issues with viruses since using web root. It does provided very good antivirus and security for my computer.

Webroot seems to run in the background most of the time. I've only had a few instances since purchasing the product with my new computer where it seemed to slow it down a bit while it was scanning my files.

I don't know a lot about it, but it was suggested by the Geek Squad and they haven't steered me wrong yet. Plus, who doesn't like the thought of extra security for their devices?

Have been happily using Webroot for years, but now the Webroot secure anywhere screen pops up every time I start the new MacBook M1 chip computer.. I have to close it before I can open any other programs. I have been in touch with a few Geek Squad and Webroot techs and no one can solve the problem. I have been told this is in the new update. Not a happy camper with this start up process. There has to be a way for Webroot to work without having to be the first thing I have to deal with every time I start my MacBook Pro.

Had laptop worked on Under Total Geek Squad protection Plan. Did not have Internet security on this older laptop, so Webroot was installed at no charge under Geek Squad package, free for 1 year.
