The new virus protection works better than what I had before. The new HP laptop works so fast online and the software has not alerted me to one virus or malware problem. The old software I had was always giving me warnings. I don't miss them at all. The way webroot works is surpassing any other I've used in the past.

Webroot is good to have. It constantly runs in the background of your computer. It detects viruses and remove them. I have a yearly subscriptions to make sure that my computer stays safe. For a peace of mind, the price is worth the money.

Easy installation, can run/schedule scan as needed, reports are easy to read. The only issue is I would irregularly receive notifications to renew my Webroot subscription, even though it's already installed on my computer and paid for. No points taken out for this.

The TV and the DVD player was easy to hook up and the performance of said articles worked like a charm. The service was A++.

I needed good protection for the new laptop and this fit the bill already. I was accessing a well known newspaper in Chicago and I forgot to put in the dot com and my access went to the wrong spot and Webb root noticed right away and stopped and warned be a serious potential problem, Thank you Webb Root!

I have purchased WEBROOT for all my computers and have never had an issue with the software. Easy to install, easy to use, easy to renew, what more can I ask for? Why fix something that isn't broken. I just bought two more computers and made sure it was added to each of them.

New computer was set up on time. Did need to have some additional support when I got my new computer home, but was taken care of timely.

I had been using McAfee until it cost me the hard drive in my computer. I received a GIF in messenger loaded with viruses that overwhelmed McAfee and crashed my computer. I replaced my hard drive and had Webroot installed. I received another virus loaded GIF and Webroot handled it with no problem.

After looking at several options and talking to staff at Best Buy, I decided that this was the way to go in order to protect my devices.

A few years ago they were slow but things have changed. They answer the phone and are faster than the guys before.

Webroot was included in the service package I purchased for my Laptop. So far so good. I feel great knowing my data is safely protected with a more up to date virus protection on my computer. I ad Norton and still had virus problems.

I love being protected. This plan gives my computer 24 hr. Protection. Best Buy set up the protection for my laptop and all in one computer. I feel comfortable knowing I can take my computer in anytime to be checked with out any hassles.

It is hard to determine how accurate, and useful, WEBROOT SECURE ANYWHERE is. I think it gives me peace of mind. I think it has better customer service than McAfee virus protection, and is easier to use than Norton Lifelock. Good review.

I have used Webroot and truly is a good product. It keeps your computer updated with the latest updated viruses definitions which promotes and maintains good security in your device. Buying it any where is the same, because is the product itself good. Still, buying it at Best Buy you get it cheaper.

Took my laptop for repair. Even though I was prepared to lose everything because of a crazy virus, the tech was super helpful. Explained to me the process and about the product. If I had any problems or questions to contact them. I have not had any viruses since. Great product!
