I do not know how the virus protector is going to work at this time. I am uninstalling McaFee and will use webroot. I still need to learn how the program works.

I appreciate the support for so many device types and the effective protection it offers, but these services are 90% unnecessary for most users.

Product seems fine, as I've had it for 3 years. I'm unhappy with the geek squad people who sold this to me bc I told them I don't need it bc my current subscription for Webroot still has 10 months left on it. The Geek Squad guy said the Webroot "came with my Geek Squad protection plan purchase". I think he was trying to increase his sale numbers for the day and didn't offer me an option to buy the protection plan without this product being rolled into the price.

Have never had problems with webroot. Can’t say enough good things about Geek squad. We are not very tech savvy and geek squad have always been so helpful in solving our problems.

A truly needed product these days. So don't hesitate to check into it as it has worked for us.

Use to use Kaspersky , but Geek Squad recommended Webroot and I like that it's for 3 devices, I actually bought 2 for more devices. It's easy to install and works great!

Checks every website opened. Anytime downloading things it always asks for the thing being downloaded to make changes to computer.
