Trust in Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My computer had all of the sudden stopped working overnight and thanks to Geek Squad, I was able to get it fixed quick. They were able to determine that the hard drive was toast rather quickly and did what they could to salvage any information. They were friendly and very helpful and were able to fix my computer rather quickly. I got my computer back within 2 days. All in all I had a great experience with them.

good antivirus

I only gave it 4 stars because we are paying double for the tech support for all devices. So I think the antivirus should also be for all, or more devices. Let corporate know if you agree. If enough people contact them maybe they will add more devices. Webroot is better than Norton & some others which take a long time to clean the computer & take up too much space.
