I've had other laptop/computer and when something went wrong I didn't know what to do and ended up paying a lot of money sometimes for nothing. With geek squad I don't worry cause any problems they will fix.

find this product reliable and easy to use. the login portal is easy and devices let you know you are protected. Upgraded to cover 2 cell phones, one tablet and two laptops. Customer Service responsive and available. Just becareful...if you are already a user and buy BB Technical Support expect a nightmare with your subscription.

First time user of Webroot and it came free one year with new desktop. Always used MacAfee but this seems to be doing a good job so far. It may catch more than other antivirus did. I’m hoping so anyway.

I have had other internet security and they have all had those annoying extra features that you cant turn off. I was looking for something simple and straight to the point. Webroot is straight and to the point. I like it a lot.
