Incompatible with BitDefender.

I have, however, used it in the past and had no problems with its main function; though not as robust as others. The Geek Squad staff uses it and has their recommendation. I trust their experience with the product.

A very reliable virus protection

Webroot has done its job and has been very reliable. It has NOT stopped good programs and internet sites from being used. I recommend Webroot highly to all who want to trust their Virus Malware Protection setup.

Problematic on macs and no use for phones

The advertised use on phones is a little misleading--it really doesn't do anything useful for phones. Also, to get it to work on a mac is next to impossible--you have to search for the right link in customer discussion boards to get a program that works on the mac computers.
