I purchased the care package because i needed to know I can just make a phone call if something should happen to my new laptop. I have taken computers in without a backup package in the past, so I guess you can say this was an informed decision!!!!!

Beats Kapersky - hands down.

Was skeptical at first but after a few weeks getting familiar with WEBROOT, do not doubt our decision to switch. It's report function is great and it notification windows are very thoughtfully designed and easy to understand.
