Easy installation, good price

She got as far as actually giving the person remote access until I got her to power down the computer and hang up the phone. We purchased this to make sure our computer was safe and scan for any viruses. It was a painless installation and took no time at all. The price was reasonable considering how much information we keep on our computer in this day and age. I really like the safe website feature that places check marks next to verified sites when conducting a search as well. Overall a great purchase.

Not for beginner for sure!

The whole program was just too complicated.. nothing easy about getting it set up and working.. Went back to Norton and everything worked again..
