From Best Buy itself to several leading websites such as pcmag.com, IGN.com, and others, this anti-virus software comes highly recommended, and I can see why, it is excellent. I do not do risky websites but you just never know what you will run into on the internet and I feel quite secure using this product (especially since my kids play those awful games on the web browsers which typically have all kinds of pirate-ware that junk up your computer).

Unaware of product until it was suggested by the salesman. Glad he did. Works great and alot cheaper. I was always a Norton user.

I was using another major product name, but I tried webroot, and it was very easy to install and offers everything I was looking for.

Best antivirus software on the market. The only one I use

Installed on 3 XP computers and 1 Windows 7 computers. Two of the XP computers had viral infections that were slowing down the computers and causing an abundance of popups that all stopped when Webroot was installed and antiviral scan ran. The cost per computer was only about $11 to install. I purchase the 5 pack install kit. Since I installed Webroot computers have run more quickly without annoying popup cause by malware. Webroot also is a smaller program on the computer taking up less space on the hard drive.

I think this is the best internet security available. No problems or issues. Easy to install.

At first I did not like the instructions as there was no troubleshooting guide. It said that it was connected to the internet and then when I tried to add an app like Hulu, it said no connection. There were a few other issues. I ended up on the Sony site to find some answers and just ended up with trying different things. Inspite of Sony, I have the Blue Ray player, tv set audio all working great now. Sony needs to have a better manual with whatever it sell.

I Previously Had A 6 Month Subscription Of The Webroot (Internet Security & Virus Program) Under Another Kind Of This Security Webroot Program & I Must Say That This Program Has Done It's Job In Keeping Me Safe. In Myself Being Convinced, Now I Just Installed This 2 Year Webroot (Internet Security Complete Program) For Up To 5 Devices Which I Know Now Is A Better Protection Program With The Complete Works & It's Value.

The easiest security program I have ever seen. Plus very good technical support and are fast to resolve the issue.

For many years, I have been using McAfee total protection. I did notice that during scanning process for McAfee, it slowed down the response time for everything else that I was doing at the same time. I then found Webroot through the excellent review from PCmag that states that it provides equally good (if not better) protection while significantly reduced the resources needed during scanning compared to McAfee. I installed it ~3 weeks ago and am very happy with the performance.
