Product works as advertised but does not catch all malware and viruses. Have to use other products in conjunction to protect my system.

I have used this software for at least four years, and found it is an excellent security software. I really like that the software term is for two years, and five computers. I like that if you start to access a website that is potentially dangerous, the software will issue a warning.

seems to be working fine have it on 2 smartphones and 2 laptops. no problems so far.

Love the easy install instructions, other products make it so difficult to install and adding how much more they cost made it an easy choice and I have not been disappointed. I would highly recommend this product over most if not the others.

Does not slow the computer and it works side by side with your tasks. I have tried many security anti-virus software and they all take forever to finish and they claim does not slow down the computer. Webroot is been the only one with top honors!

I feel more secure with this software security. Easy to install and piece of mind.

We have used Norton for several years with great sucess,but we switched last year to Webroot, & it really is a great product! alot faster at running scans,& without interruptions to what your doing,this year we renewed Webroots 2 year package a better Economic choice protects up to 5 devices,really nice!

so far so good. no issues here. does what it's supposed to...checks for viruses, etc.

I went in looking for a renew for my Norton 360 and found out Best Buy does not carry it. The reason according to the Geek Squad is that it has to many issues. So I purchased Webroot. So far it is working well and I am glad I purchased the 2 years so I don't have to do this every year.

I llove this product. Easy to use and set up. I buy it every year and haven't had any problems.

Very easy to install and works great for my security needs

I had to bring my older computer into Geek Squad because of fragmentation and slowness. They recommended changing over to Webroot which has less impact on computer. They were right. Very pleased with Webroot - and its many features. Thanks again, Geek Squad.

I originally got Webroot with my computer for free when I purchased it. I decided to get it again. I felt like it worked well and that it didn't slow my computer down so much every time it updated or ran a scan, so it was easy to decide to buy it again when my subscription ran out.

I keep renewing this product. It is so simple that anyone can use it. Setup is easy and I never have any issues with the variety of things that this program protects against. I had a question and called their tech support. Their support answered all my questions quickly and to my satisfaction.

Had this product installed by our PC tech at a much higher price. The purchase was less expensive and cover more of my equipment. I especially like the speed of the periodic scan as opposed to the other PC based Security products.

This was our second Webroot purchase. We compared 2 or 3 different security programs and we also spoke with a store associate. I chose Webroot because when comparing it and one other, Webroot seemed to be the easiest one to navigate. We now have it on all of our laptops!

I'd previously used Kaspersky and Macafee, and it was recommended I switch to WebRoot by an employee I've known for quite some time (she's a computer expert). So far I don't have any real complaints. Seems to be working as advertised.
