It works well without constant popups like some programs do. It does it thing and leaves me alone. If I want to run it or do more I can always open the app which I find easy to use.

I have used Webroot for years (over a decade, actually), and I have always found it to be user-friendly and well worth having.

After being hacked I discovered that Spectrum Security Suite (F-Secure) for PC was not so secure. As somebody took control of my computer, I ran their security scan 3 times with each reporting my PC was ok, and no spyware found. Unplugged the computer when the protection failed, and after lots of tech support, I got back online, uninstalled the F-Secure program and installed this one. Unfortunately, because one of the major internet services in the country cannot provide proper security measures, I was forced, and took this product at the suggestion of the Best Buy Geek Squad, who was very helpful thank you, and it seems to work ok? Problem is, you have to pay a pricey fee each year... an annual charge to stay protected. Fixed income people will not like having to shell out at what may be an inopportune time to stay safe online. Along with the registration of the product, after installation, expect lots of emails from them selling Allstate online protection, and All Pass to securely keep your passwords for you. As an end user... I am a bit miffed by all this as I pay $85/month for internet alone to have the proper speed I need not to tear my hair out waiting for pages to load. It works so far. We will see.

Lower price than the price emailed to me. Easy to share with my son.
