Worked great and I highly recommend it for any one.

I purchase the Webroot Secure anywhere 1year anti-virus for six devices for one year at best buy store. BB has a good price & cheaper than on the Webroot site. I had webroot for over a decade. Up to now, it worked well, & had a small footprint. Sadly, the optimization is gone. For android phone it is just a secure browser, now. Geek squad said it is not really worth it to put it on your cell phone. It has also slipped down in ratings with Consumer reports & others since it was sold to another company. I have not been able to get anyone on the phone at Webroot customer service like I used to. We'll see if it is still as good as it used to be.

Been with Best Buy for years and we get a Geek Squad membership every year..with that membership we get Webroot. As of this date we have never had a breach on our computers which as one can imagine is a true blessing..on that note we give all the credit to Webroot..we will continue with Webroot for years to come..Thanks

Very handy, easy to set up, use it on multiple devices

Webroot allows me to use my device with peace of mind. I have bought it before, and I have always been satisfied with it.

Best buy has always gone out of their way to help me with any computer or other eletronic problems I might have.

So far it seems to work well on laptop and 2 smart tvs. Haven't yet put it on my 2 NVidia systems, but will do that next. I did have a Trojan on my laptop that it didn't detect or help with, so I can't give it 5 stars. I had to use another program to get rid of it. Malwarbytes took care of the Trojan and I felt like this should have and it didn't. So, it's not full protection.

The Best Buy support personnel are fast, efficient and very professional in their craft. They can solve any problem you have and any one of them can do the job. I trust them in whatever I ask them to do. They are an asser to the cyber world.

I Count on WebRoot But think they let me down changed things No NOTICE! Kept getting Virus and trouble with Computer . CALLED said What Going on Guess they knew!! So had buy NEW Webroot lose 4 months coverage and he got my Computer working and took care the virus. Had take Husband Computer into store but they got it fix and we happy just out Four months coverage and Not even a SORRY!

Great reliable anti virus protection software. I love also the fact it’s available in digital allowing me easy downloading/renewal. Web root doesn’t take over my entire computer as other software.
