Very difficult to use. All components of software should install upon the download.

I’ve never had any issues with the web root software.

This is the second time that I have purchased this product. It served well for my first laptop, which made it easy to choose it again for my second--price is right and it offers protection for 6 devices on a 2-year plan. Can't beat it!

It’s working out good. I used it on my 2 phones , 2 computers and 1 IPad. It’s was great to have.

I've used this software for many years and have not had issues with it. The age of my computers always seems to get slower or breaks down. At least that is what it feels like when you work with new computers that are much faster.

Webroot is great. It lets me know when my computers has a virus and automatically cleans it. it also tells me when an app I am downloading contains a virus. I have not had viruses since getting Webroot. I have been buying Webroot in store up to this point. Because transit is difficult for me, I'll be buying Webroot online every time I need to renew.

No one told me, when I was looking for an antivirus for my Samsung S23 Galaxy, that it would not work because it already had built in antivirus . I didnt have anthing else to use it on. They would not refund me.

I would like to know Why , if I already have webroot secure anywhere (For 2 Years) I keep being told it`s expired , and need to renew it ,

Great software, uses minimal background resources.

As I scale down use on the computer, I needed a safe alternative to what I would pay for protection--Best Buy was great in allowing me to find the right product for me to use.

Webroot is easy to use and has many usable tools. One of the few virus checkers that offer the 6 devices and 2yr. subscription.

did not seem to work. I got one pop-out window saying that I got infected with Trojan. I am going to install Norton again.

I have no idea of what it does being a novice. I just wish it included things like cleaning up the computer to work faster, but that's an extra charge.
