Don't be bothered

Now the downloads are left up to remote servers that have probably been compromised before you purchase it for the download and sometimes the product code can be a pain. Webroot used to recognise your previous subscription, and immediately bring your new purchase back into the fold, that doesn't apply anymore and your more likely than not to have set the whole range of user preferances all over again, ie name password e-mail address. Product reciprocity is long gone with this one, they could care less if you were a former user....
