Had to renew & could not get THIS version to load/apply correctly on Apple product(s). Geek Squad agreed to a return/refund. Everything was tried & it didn't work. Must be a WebRoot issue, NOT Best Buy. As always Best Buy customer came to my rescue. We ONLY shop Best Buy!

Apparently, an IPad is not an Apple iOS device. I could not install the software on an IPad. The process to discover this problem was long and convoluted. Best Buy could have made the issue clearer because I think the majority of consumers would assume that an IPad uses Apple iOS. Now, some of the features aren't useful because the product can not be used on all of the intended devices.

Have been trying since 4-19 to receive my money back to no avail. All is keep getting is the run around. I guess I'll have to suck up the 49.99 and not deal with your company again

Not happy with it

Issues with password and no longer able to log in nor download and it hasn't been a year. Subscription was for 1 year. Hard to reach a rep over the phone. And difficulty navigating the site and YES I'm VERY comfortable with computers and the Internet. It shouldn't be that hard.
