Asking obscure “security’ questions and depends on when I created my Webroot account, how I sign in for the download. Apparently I don’t remember and am currently locked out of my account. In the mean time my devices are now at risk. Not enjoying the ‘security’ so far. Meanwhile, Webroot customer service is only available M-F.

After having Wenbroot scan 2 computers, 1 computer still had Malware and the other still seems to have a virus. So far, i am not happy at all with this product.

When I bought it your man said when I received it to download it and that is all he said. Very disappointed on BestBuy I will not recommend it to anyone. I was not able to use any help because of virus but I paid for a year of assistance and never got thru on the phone and then when finally i could get through i pay for product that is not working.

Couldn’t download on my Mac Air

After several attempts (about 6 hrs total), their customer support was no help to me. Then took several attempts (about 8 hrs total) talking to several people to return this and get proper credit to my acct.
