    I bought the digital download Webroot and it showed on my purchases but not in my digital library. I called and got someone from Geek Squad from India and couldn't understand him. Called back and talked to someone else in India but she spoke very good English. She was very helpful but it took 40 minutes for me to get my code to download it. I appreciate her help. The guy said he couldn't help me and gave me a number to call.

    Webroot has been my Antivirus Internet Security for quite a few years now. The one time that I had an issue with being hacked the customer support service was fantastic and very patient with me, for I was a nervous wreck. The rep that helped me was absolutely fantastic and my issue was solved with that one phone call.

    I haven't really "reviewed" the Webroot. It runs when it is supposed to to look for viruses, etc. I keep getting a request to pay for the subscription which I have already done.

    I know little about computers, but I do know from Best Buy's advice that keeping my computer safe using WEBROOT is important. The program was easy to download, and was working well when I needed it to. I recommend it highly. It will keep your computer safe.

    Honestly haven't had to use this since setting it up the very first day. I know it runs scans daily, but I honestly haven't had any errors pop up since downloading and so out of sight, out of mind. I think it's working good, but I guess only time will tell.
