As a result I now get weekly notifications to install this crappy software which I don't need, want, and will never use. All of the things this product offers can be done better by other programs, and I already own and use those programs. As a former Webroot customer I remember periodically thinking "I wonder if this is actually doing anything for my PC." One day I let it lapse and switched to the built in Defender and uh. Yeah I haven't noticed the difference - well aside from fewer irksome pop ups.
