    Great item- Bought my laptop through BB open box for a steal was skeptical about the purchase but was reassured with the software. Have not experienced a problem w/ my laptop- browse peacefully knowing i'm protected.

    I am new to this virus protection. So far, so good, I think. I did receive a strange warning about a virus that I don't think was from the software, so it slipped through. I will need to research that one. It claimed I had a Windows 10 virus and needed to follow a link to debug. I shut down computer and when I restarted, the message was gone. I think that was an actual virus that slipped through the protection, but I don't really know.
