This is a security software for protecting computers. I need it to replace another security software that has expired recently. Before this purchase, I have purchased the Webroot software several years. it is always very easy to install and use. Once I have it installed, I do not encounter any issue.

Also, dies not take up too much memory unlike some available on the market.

When I try to uninstall it is telling me that I don't have permission to remove it from my property. How dare a anti virus product make it so that I have had to file a help desk ticket to resolve this. I went to their help forum and some have reported the process detailed there will brick your laptop, so you need to send a helpdesk request for them to send you official removal process. Why am I needing to wait for someone to get this off my laptop before I can proceed with my other purchase? I have work to do that I cannot do because they have made it so I need their permission. Pathetic During the instalI- didn't see any warning that you need to do this help desk process This is a top of line macbook so it is expensive and right now I am having to use my old one because I no longer trust this company to do the right thing. It literally is telling me that I do not have permission to remove this from MY property. You may love this product but you have to admit that is WRONG.
