When I try to uninstall it is telling me that I don't have permission to remove it from my property. How dare a anti virus product make it so that I have had to file a help desk ticket to resolve this. I went to their help forum and some have reported the process detailed there will brick your laptop, so you need to send a helpdesk request for them to send you official removal process. Why am I needing to wait for someone to get this off my laptop before I can proceed with my other purchase? I have work to do that I cannot do because they have made it so I need their permission. Pathetic During the instalI- didn't see any warning that you need to do this help desk process This is a top of line macbook so it is expensive and right now I am having to use my old one because I no longer trust this company to do the right thing. It literally is telling me that I do not have permission to remove this from MY property. You may love this product but you have to admit that is WRONG.

The fact that you can install it on up to three Devices is a huge plus. I trust and use this product but there is better antivirus on the market.

So its like every other Internet security, always bugging you to upgrade, and yet they advertised this as there best of the best at the time that I bought this. Now granted it has been better than others I have used and would buy it again but it causes my games to crash yet I still need security in this day and age so I'm at a catch 22 and leave it at a 3 star as there is a huge growth for them still to make this better. So compared to others its better but not the best one out there.
