I had to go back to Best Buy for tech help. My instructions did not include the step to download the app from the App Store to have a place for the download to go/be accessed. I tried several times and thought that it hadn’t succeeded maybe due to my WIFI. Online tech help tried but couldn’t access my device so she setup an appointment for me. Brandon at our Odessa store was delightful in helping me.

So I started looking for the least expensive laptop which met my minimal needs I could find. I found this and bought it as it met my minimum requirements. Imagine my glee after checking out how well it met them and then some.

It was easy to install and to understand. I liked the approved stamps next to the links when I had to do research for school. Scans were fast and overall never had any issues with it.

Still figuring that out. Not very clear in explaining the use and applications of how the different features of security work and when it is active. An onscreen meter would be a nice feature that could be opened when desired to see the current status of all security activities. Like a task manager meter or gauge display using color quadrants and percentages.

Glad to be protected

I really like Webroot as it protects and have had no program conflict issues. Right now I still use Webroot but through my Total Tech Support.
