    At first I was very happy with Webroot. Until my laptop got hit with a trojan virus. Microsoft helped me solve the problem. Last week I had a Trojan virus again. After contacting Microsoft, I was told my laptop did not have a Firewall and I had to buy a security system for 300 dollars. To me that means Webroot is not doing its job in protecting me (because it does not have a firewall), and I will not renew the subscription.

    Very useful low overhead includes LastPass which is a real plus. I’ve had problems with it in the past, but everything works well on it now.
