    I paid this membership for several years. I was happy with it until there was an error on Webroot side, about 3 years ago. They were trying to charge the membership to a card that was closed due to somebody trying to use it. Best Buy sent me a new card but there’s was no communication between Webroot and them. I became very frustrated as there was no way to renew it with same conditions.

    HAVE BEEN SPAMMED 3 TIMES IN LAST YEAR. HAVE HAD TO CHANGE BANK ACCOUNT AND TWO CREDIT CARDS. NO NOTICE FROM. WEBROOT.

    I really want to give this product a good review, but I have a complaint. It is so secure that I find accessing my account impossible. I am sure it is catching problems, but I would love to be able to have it believe me that I am really who I am.
