    I can't say for sure, but I think this program slows down my computer a bunch. The scan results are also confusing. With another program I was able to click an option to fix the issues that were discovered, but I don't see that option. When it tells me I have lots of temp files, I can never remember where to find them to delete. If this wasn't included in the price of total tech support, I'd never be using it.

    I’ve had better applications, but it’s decent for a free program. Hard to fix some of the suggestions after a scan.
