Webroot is not doing its job.

Most of the vendors who email me every day are coming in all garbled. I would have thought that Webroot would have caught that and not allowed it. Their latest scan said everything was clear. Not true.

I told them so. Never have any problem with Best Buy so I'm disappointed this happened. It still was added to my total tech and to my surprise, I got charged for it after the free year and didn’t even know the subscription was active. This is the antivirus program that Best Buy promotes but it really isn't the best on the market from my past experience. There are many other antivirus programs on the market, you shouldn't have to be forced not have the choice in the matter.
