Spectrum would find something suspicious when Webroot never did.

WebRoot and Total Tech

But updating the software was a nightmare. The automatic process failed and it took 5 Geek Squad techs and hours on the phone to get it fixed.

No matter how many times you cancel this kind of stuff from Best Buys you will see it again year after year charged to your credit card - even expired cards (how does that happen?) I have even cancelled the credit card and obtained a new credit card number - and somehow that charge from Best Buy is there (how does that happen?)

What is Webroot?
