    ended up having to call in to get help on changing payment method..Product does not allow user to make the change...long wait time, then could not understand the foreign accent, hard for older folks to understand...many other security products out there either free or very little money, check your computers system

    This is a service included with Totaltech and to be honest I havent uaed it.

    My computer has been scammed with disgusting emails for over a month. Most of the vendors who email me every day are coming in all garbled. I would have thought that Webroot would have caught that and not allowed it. Their latest scan said everything was clear. Not true.

    Overpriced, terrible system. Really doesn't do anything over and above any other antivirus, but pushed by Best Buy.

    When purchasing my computer, and the total tech protection plan, I didn't want this subscription because I was currently using another antivirus program. I told them so. Never have any problem with Best Buy so I'm disappointed this happened. It still was added to my total tech and to my surprise, I got charged for it after the free year and didn’t even know the subscription was active. This is the antivirus program that Best Buy promotes but it really isn't the best on the market from my past experience. There are many other antivirus programs on the market, you shouldn't have to be forced not have the choice in the matter.
