I wanted a bag for my computer that would protect it and have room for items for my writing the selection was nice

Customer service was excellent. Wait time a bit long, but understandable that they take their time with each customer. I left my laptop, it wouldn't stop updating. I asked for it to be cleared of that problem then wipe the computer clean to factory reset. They fixed the first problem, but didn't do the reset. Had to pick up, needed for a funeral. Will bring back for the reset, hope to get it done next time.

Everything I buy from Best Buys has been a great addition to our household ...great brands with low prices .

Gets the job done, I do have a problem with certain things but that is not a technical issue it is a I'm bad with computers issue.

Since I have had Webroot installed to protect my computer it has found a couple potential viruses and removed them.

I'm not much of a software person or tech guru so this software was necessary to offer up protection on my MAC and was recommended by the Geek Squad. Unfortunately it was a pain to install and get up and running and I believe that it has slowed down my MAC. It did seem to be quite affordable though and I havent had any issues with Hackers so I guess it's doing what it's supposed to do.
