Well worth the money ­and would recommend t­o anyone

I am comfortable with this virus protection, but I have received several emails saying it had expired. I have called the geek squad and the tell me it is from a previous computer, however, I have never used webroot before, so that is very confusing.

Possibly protection/insurance is not necessary for phone, but having had an issue with my prior device, I bought it. The 2 year at once is a better monthly average price than monthly billing. Recommended only if one wants coverage.

While I definitely appreciate the gesture of wanting to protect my surface book from getting a virus, I do not want to deal with the nonsense of notifications every two seconds from this program. I would rather take the virus.

I am not happy with my laptop. The developers neglected to warn buyers new to laptops that neglecting to close a screen before exiting the computer would almost completely destroy it. I now have a machine that works, sort of .

I was super stoked about this laptop and it worked great for an entire MONTH BEFORE HAVING A HARDWARE MALFUNCTION and completely frying! This was so stressful, none of my data was able to be recovered so that also sucked.

I received free 6 month subscription when purchased my new computer through Best Buy... the cashier offered an additional 6 month of security... for a low amount 19.95, so I did.... reason for two stars... I'm not quite sure what it is doing. scans take approx. 1 to 2 minutes... and there is never an issue...BUT being its the holiday season and ive done tons of online shopping I have tons of spam and now malware... ive called the geek squad had remote sessions and they cant figure it out , I was advised to call webroot direct... they told me to call the geek squad... nothing resolved.

Webroot is included with my Geek Squad service plan. I have had no security problems will using Webroot. The Geek Squad techs said they like and trust Webroot, and I value their expertise.

Computer gets horribly hot. Not the fun machine I thought it worid be. Awkward to bend or use as tablet. Often the keyboard doesn't work and have to restart. Wish I had waited for better option.

We got 4 major channels along with some we have never of and will probably never watch! We were hoping for a few more regular channels so a little disappointed. "Brand is a Terk"

Bought a 4K tv after my previous flat screen died. I'm just not sold on the 4K. Not enough support broadcasting that level of signal to justify the extra cost. Pretty good on Netflix etc. but not really much place else. Seems on the "dark" side for any other type of signal. Returned and paid MUCH less for another 1080 tv that provides nearly the same picture. If you're stuck on getting the optimal picture for your movies by all means drop the extra cash. Otherwise get a higher end 1080 and you'll save a ton of money.

I'm not sure what product I'm reviewing. I'm glad they were able to work on my laptop, I'm just sorry they couldn't mail it or send it to me UPS since I live in Kotzebue.

not as highly rated as competitor and when I ask geek squad about it I was not offered a superior rated product and it was free when I signed up for service.

It is hard to say if this is the best item I have ever purchased at BestBuy and you'll have to try it yourself to see if it is the best for you.

I use this software for my travel computer and phone. No problem with computer. However, my phone was flashed and had to do a factory reset.

Seems like a decent printer but too new to know for sure. The real star is the wonderful Geek Squad member who set it up. He is a STAR!!!

I got it for free when I bought new laptop, never had it installed, it only for free using one year

I was advised by a friend to buy a Garmin for vacation travel,,, it has been VERY difficult to set up and there is NO easy to find phone number to call ... I'm in Ft Worth and was traveling thru Granbury --- when it couldn't find GRANBURY i became really concerned at the usefulness of the product! ... Still trying to get them on the phone as the website isn't being easy to access for location problem even with the Exact Coordinates!

This came as part of a deal, along with Geek Squad service and Webroot anti-virus. Has helped preserve the life of my desktop computer.

Had a couple issues with it. has gone black on it's screen and had to bring it back to Best Buy and have the geek squad fix it
