Its a good plan but it only last up to a year you can renew it but can cost you in the long run besides that its good

They did a tune up which was needed but were not able to eliminate print from changing size when the cursor is moved.

I took my tower to the Geek Squad for them to work thier magic. When I picked up my tower it was explained to my this was installed and I would be getting a promt to renew in 1 year. I got my unit home immediatly it was asking me to buy this security system. I keep getting ask to install this product, I try and the replay is you are expired and can not instal. Back to the Geek Squad.

Did not like the Keyboard and the problem was not very responsive to touch. Also, the i3 is too slow

I Bought 2 new laptops and got Geek Squad on them. I ended up getting and another one for free. I asked the guy when I bought it can i use one year now and next year use the other year, he told me yes. Well, that was bogus. You can use the other one for the next year, Apparently it's only good for the year you buy it and after that you have buy and upgrade.

Not happy with the out come. My email address was wiped out. Not sure where it went.I had to go to Yahoo?

i like the coupons. they cam in handy when things come up. the store at time can be easy to shop in.

Honestly, only time will tell if it's worth it but we do use this at work and it seems to be just fine.

I am surprised that the password access which I formerly had to access my computer has now disappeared

Great price, $6.00 for 16 GB is an awesome price. Works well, both a couple for our church

It is fast and I think it gets done to quickly which leads me to believe it may not be thorough.
