I just got my computer back from a local repair place. I already had 6 viruses, therefore the amount I paid for webroot was a terrible waste. It did not work .

For it being free is good, but would not purchase as it lacks compared to other products.

probably not the correct equipment for me. found the streaming lacking and had to constantly click on function before it worked

My over the ear cushion broke off in my school bag. I had other headphones and I never had any problems before. Customer service couldn't help me because I didn't purchase Geek Squad protection. I was told I had to contact the manufacturer for defective product. This was a Christmas gift for myself but I'll never buy KLIPSCH products again. I will also do less shopping at Best Buy as well.

Love the back-lighting, that's why I bought it, but I prefer the old version of turning the pages vs the touch screen. I'm all over the place because I accidentally touch the screen. I've been a Kindle user since 2006. This is a user and Kindle issue and not a reflection of Best Buy and that's why I gave it only one star. It's just my opinion.

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DOWNLOAD WEBROOT,YET BECAUSE I SCRATCH PART OF THE KEYCODE.

They put your password on the back of the case and you are supposed to peal off the sticker to get your password. But it is near impossible to peal the sticker off without damaging the password! I had to call the help desk to get my password. It is easy if you don't mess up your password by when pealing off the sticker.

Geek Squad was supposed to install my copy of Webroot on the computer but they never did... They only put in their Webroot which expired right away. There was no serial number on the box like it said there would be in order to use it, so it was just a big waste of money

The phone is a poor quality. I would not recommend it

never buy anything that doesn't have a box i got one with out a box in they didn't want to give me all my money back had to go i the store 3 times to get my money back in the thing didn't hold battey

I spent almost $300.00 to have my computer fixed. Worked fine in your store, but get it Home and it still works realy bad. I am very upset about the money I spent and how bad my computer still works.

This product was recommended by a Best Buy employee after I was told they no longer carried Kaspersky anti-virus protection. Within a day my computer had developed serious issues.

You are stating store only item for this review but I am not sure what this is about. I have had a good experience when purchasing at the local Best Buy.

Laptop unable to start. Told small battery needed pulled to reset and it would restart. PASSPORT, from BEST BUY (Terabyte) also worthless

Ripped off purchased protection plan for $200 got baited and switched . They said 10 min wait took 1hr 40min.
