I replaced an older Dell. This laptop has all the features I need in a more compact and lightweight package. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

I have had this virus protection since I purchased this computer from Best Buy in 2009. When it puts up the screen Loading,,,,it NEVER finishes, I have no idea what message it's trying to send. I have spoken to reps repeatedly and even just after this purchase, no change....It does seem to keep bugs and viruses away, but I can't open to read notifications. I would recommend because it does do it's jobs, except for the big notification box that never finishes.

Added the Microsoft Office on one of my computers because the trial for this expired when I purchased the computer. Happy to have it now.

I had never used Webroot before. It seems to work very well and is very easy to use. I like the updates that tell me how my laptop is running.

Have used yoga Lenovo for 8 months without any glitches. Screen resolution is great and love the responsive keyboard. Computer is fast and reliable.

My new computer didn't have aplace to put a cd or dvd. Bought this dvd drive and now I am able to burn and rip my cds. I'm sure it will be very useful to me.

Geek Squad was able to unhack my computer. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They did a thorough job and were timely. I was very pleased.

I had this its item in my computer before we got hacked. The GEEK SQUAD said we should put anew one in. It worked very good so we listened.

Haven't run into the issues caused by Norton and McAfee. Also less expensive and I didn't have to be concerned about installing it myself.
