Came with purchase of computer. Didn't install as it was only 6 month subscription.

I had this installed as recommended by the Geek Squad. My previous computer had been hacked and they told me this was the best way to prevent it from happening again. I trust them.

Have never used this brand for a virus control. It seems to do the job. A little different getting used to.

Good internet security to have and it was nice that it came free when I bought my computer. I felt it secured my computer until I was able to purchase more security for the computer.

After having purchased my new computer, I wanted to make sure I had protection. I had Geek Squad install Webroot on my computer right away. Webroot is what they use and recommend.

Great product for the computer. I believe it came free when I bought the computer so I was happy about that.

I had not heard of Webroot until I purchased my computer. So far so good in protecting my security on-line.

The Geek Squad installed this for me and once a week I scan my computer. My computer was crashing constantly prior to using this. I had Comcast's free Norton security. This works much much better

Works pretty well, but it did miss a bad virus when I tried to download a program. Luckily I had warranty on computer.

Webroot does a very thorough job, too thorough. "Potential" problems are at times the very files needed for proper operation of my Mavericks Mac. It seem to fight with MacKeeper as well which, unlike Webroot, hasn't yet caused program glitches. Perhaps Webroot works better on Windows, but for now, I'm uninstalling Webroot. Nice try, but cigars aren't allowed in the computer room anyway.

This security software scans quickly at start-up and detects security issues and offers quickly resolutions. Very easy to use and understand. Detailed reports are available for further review.

Webroot is a great security software device for any computer. A great investment to protect an important electronic.

This is a great solution to those of us winging it with computer issues on our own. It is however a bit overpriced.

This is a great software! After purchasing and installing it I haven't had any trouble with viruses, pop ups, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

I've had lots of problems with issues on my computer in the past so when I purchased my new laptop I wanted to start out right and buy WEBROOT.

Very happy with Webroot. It runs in the background keeping my computer safe. I am constantly on the web, so I needed a good service to protect from virus and bugs. It is doing a fantastic job.
