I bought an external drive in order to install software with disks, but was able to install without disk

Was good until the new update for mac didn't like how they took off the check mark next to the websites.

Recommend Avast over this antivirus software. Wish Best Buy would give customer a choice when offering antivirus!

Covers all the bases in the background. I use an iMac, but even so, everyone needs an internet security package. This, plus prudent web and email practices, should provide decent protection.

I had a virus on my laptop that Norton anti virus couldn't remove and the virus was redirecting all of my searches . The computer geeks suggested web root and now my laptop is like new again.

I got this Web root security when I had my computer cleared out at best buy. It's been several months and so far it's been great. Doesn't slow down the computer at all either.

Received this with our Mac laptops. As with any Apple products I feel pretty confidant we won't get a virus or at least it's very unlikely but the added protection is nice to have.

Bought a laptop and this came with it so didn't have to worry about having to buy one which was awesome.

I have it set to check everyday at 8am! When I use it, it gives me a summary of the things it catches and gives me the options to delete. I can delete files permanently with this!!

This is supposed to protect my computer but it does nothing. I got some kind of virus and now every time I open my internet I get a million pages opening themselves. I get pop ups and nothing else wants to work. I scanned my computer and webroot found nothing. I downloaded a free scanner and it found several things. Now I can actually use my computer. Webroot is a waste of money.

I have no complaints about this product. It came with my laptop for free and it seems to work just fine.

I have used Webroot in the past and was pleased that the format and the ease of use was still the great quality that I expected. I am glad that it is living up to my expectations.

I had it installed twice but it still has issues. The service personnel have not been abled to properly install it.

Came free with my Lenovo yoga laptop. So far it's protected my computer great. I haven't had any issues.

This was a good buy. It was easy to load and it functions well without tying up memory space on my system.

As far as I know, this program is doing its job! Grateful to have it, as my previous computer was hacked and stopped working properly when I was using a different anti-virus/malware program.

Fixed my granddaughter's laptop security issues. It was a real life saver for her, and I get to use it too. Great.

We have used Webroot on a couple of devices for a couple of years. As far as we know it is working great!
