I trusted the Geek Squad, who recommend this awful product (guess they must get some kind of commission...not sure why), but should have went with Norton Security... wish I had. Less than a month of install, I had a virus on my brand new Lenovo computer. Will never buy ANYTHING from Best Buy again, like ever, never.

Webroot offers free support for all of their products. As far as I know, Apple will not remove malicious infections from your machine, you have to pay for support through a third party.
