There is generally no need to write a review if you have not used the product.
We thank you for taking the time out of your day to do this.
It is worth noting that Webroot is at least 3 times faster than Norton, lighter on the system, and does not use traditional definitions. We also offer free support for all of our products that is not outsourced.
We wish you the best of luck with Norton and hope you will reconsider using Webroot in the future!

We talked to her and that is what she told us and also told us do not turn on and use it. We had to make an appointment and go to Geek Squad to have them look at it. We have appointment for today so don't know how true this is. Waiting to see what they have to say.
